SINOCHEM International Tendering Co.,Ltd. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding.
1．Name, quantity, specifications and sources of funds for the bidding:
Thermal specificity tester 1 set
Thermal simulation and analysis software 1 set
Technical specifications:
The bidding equipment, including hardware and software parts, are thermal characteristics tester (1 set) and thermal simulation and analysis software (1 set). It can be used to test the steady and transient thermal resistance of various discrete devices (including diodes, transistors, MOSFET, IGBT, high-power LED), analyze the heat dissipation characteristics of each layer of power devices, assist in thermal design of power devices, diagnose the defects and failure analysis of packaging structures, etc.

2．Delivery time: 3 months after the entry into force of the contract.
3．All potential bidders are kindly requested to log into Sinochem tendering and electric bidding and tendering platform (e.sinochemitc.com) to get electronic tendering documents at 9:30Am- 16:00PM from Aug. 28th, 2018 to Sep. 17th, 2018. (Beijing time, same as below) (Excluding holidays). The potential bidders shall first get registered online (for free). The sales price is RMB 800 for each complete set of package, which is refundable after sales (Additional RMB 100 is required in case of mail order).
