It can control the temperature according to different kinds of resin adhesive. The error is ±2°. 10.2.10软件能够缠绕筒形罐体（等开口及不等开口）、筒形等回转体、非轴对称缠绕以及方形制品，缠绕线型适应平面缠绕、环向缠绕、螺旋缠绕，应保证缠绕软件与所提供的缠绕机能很好的匹配，使缠绕程序能够正常的执行不会因为软件同设备不兼容而产生缠绕缺陷，同时可支持软件免费更新与升级。 The software can wind cylindrical tank(equal opening and unequal opening), cylindrical solid of revolution, non-axisymmetric winding and cuboid product. The winding pattern can be plane winding, circumferential (hoop) winding and helical winding. The winding software should match with the provided winding machine. The winding program can run normally and will not cause defects due to incompatibility problems between the software and the equipment. Software updates and upgrades free of charge should be supported. 10.2.11非轴对称芯模的缠绕程序的编程软件要求： Requirement about the programming software for generation winding programs for non-axial symmetrical parts: ● 在3D软件平台创建，导入，分配并编辑芯模（非轴对称芯模）； ● Creating, importing, assigning and editing of mandrel (non-axial symmetrical mandrel) in 3D software platform; ● 缠绕线型开发； ● Winding pattern development; ● 缠绕线型仿真； ● Winding pattern simulation; ● 后处理和数控代码生成； ● Post-processing and NC code generation; ● 载入/保存编程工作对话； ● Load/Save of programing work sessions; ● 用不同覆盖率参数创建线型； ● Generation of patterns with different covering factors. | 详见招标文件 |
3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:对投标人的资格要求：
★1业绩：投标方所选产品应有类似用户案例，在国内外销售5台及以上卧式缠绕机，每台合同总价在300万人民币以上，需要提供合同作为证明文件，投标书中要做相应说明。（投标人须提供详细的销售业绩表，包括用户名称、联系人、联系方式以及产品名称、规格型号、数量等内容，并附有相应的证明文件）。
★2 投标人所销售的产品在同类或类似装置使用中无重大事故和不良投诉。
★3 在中华人民共和国境内注册的投标人需提供有效营业执照复印件，贸易公司需提供自身及在中华人民共和国境内制造商的有效营业执照复印件。
