*资质要求：
①投标人提供其有效的营业执照（三证合一）；
②境内投标人（除港、澳、台地区）须同时提交中国人民银行或其下属分支机构出具的银行基本账户开户许可证复印件；
③投标人至少提供国内3家以上（含3家）应用案例，并在投标文件中提供该类项目详细客户清单及清单中全部或部分业绩的销售合同有效页复印件或用户证明作为评分依据的证明材料；
④投标人所投产品的原厂商必须在国内有专门从事该产品的实施和技术支持的团队；
⑤投标人和产品原厂商须书面正式承诺：在保修期外一年内，如果招标人需再次采购该产品，产品价格不高于本次投标价格，且产品报价的折扣率须不低于本次投标所承诺的折扣率；
⑥投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。

3. Qualification requirements：
*①The bidder provides its valid business license (three certificates in one)
*②Domestic bidders (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must submit a copy of the bank's basic account opening permit issued by the People's Bank of China or its affiliates;
*③The bidder shall provide at least 3 or more domestic (including 3) application cases, and provide in the bid documents a copy of the detailed customer list of the project and a copy of the valid contract of the sales contract or the user certificate as the basis for the rating. material;
*④The original manufacturer of the product submitted by the bidder must have a team dedicated to the implementation and technical support of the product in China;
