CPU主频≥4.25GHz，配置≥4个物理CPU，最大可扩展到8个物理CPU，每个物理CPU内核数≥12个；处理器必须采用投标厂家最新产品线，64位RISC/EPIC处理器
4）内存：
实配内存容量≥1TB内存；采用≥2400MHz DDR4内存；内存最大可扩展≥8TB，。
5）最高投标报价限价60万美元

1) Once win the bid, the bidder must be the signatory of foreign trade contract with the vendee for this project. If the bidder disabled to sign the foreign trade contract with the vendee, the bid will be rejected. (Explanation: If product is imported products and signed import contract is necessary, the winning bidder must be in its own name to sign the foreign trade contract with the vendee or vendee's business agent, and the winning bidder should be able to receive the foreign exchange from the company within the territory of China.)
2) The tenderer should provide the formal authorization document for the tendered equipment offered by the manufacturers.
