1.4 技术要求：资格标准：
(1) 制造商应具有制造同类设备的经验，有销售业绩。（投标书应附用户清单）。制造商在中国有代理或维修机构能对产品提供长期维修服务保障。
(2)一旦中标，投标人必须是与买方签订本项目外贸合同的签约方。如投标人不具备与买方签订外贸合同的能力，将废除其投标。（说明：如产品为进口产品且须签订进口合同，中标的投标人必须以自身名义与买方或买方商务代理签订外贸合同，且可以接收中国大陆关境内的公司所付出的外汇。）
技术要求：
可扩展功能：扫描头能够与移动执行机构（例如机器人或者五坐标机构）集成，能够通过扫描检测软件实现对扫描头的远程控制。
扫描空间精度0.035mm+0.025L/1000mm。
单次测量（非转站情况下）空间范围不小于20m3，测量大型工件时无需过多移动光学跟踪器。

Qualification requirements :
(1)The equipment manufacturers should have manufacturing experience and sales performance of the similar equipment. The user list shall be provided. There shall be agent or maintenance institution for maintenance service for long period.
(2) The bidder must be the contractor that has signed with vendee the contract on foreign trade for this project once the bid has been won. If the bidder is not qualified to sign with the vendee the contract on foreign trade, the accepted bid shall be abandoned. (Note: If the products are imported ones and the import contract must be signed, the bid winner must sign the contract on foreign trade on his/her own name with the vendee or commercial representatives from the vendee and foreign exchanges paid by company registered within Chinese mainland should be acceptable.)
Techinical data：
Expandability: The scanning head should be integrated with the movable actuating mechanism (such as the robot or five-coordinate mechanism) and be under remote control of the scanning and detection software.
Spatial accuracy of scanning: 0.035 mm+0.025L/1,000 mm
Spatial range for single measurement (without station transfer): ≥ 20 m3
Much movement of the optical tracker is unnecessary during measurement of large workpieces.
