A.中华人民共和国境内（不含香港、澳门、台湾）注册的、具有独立法人资格的设备制造商（须提供经年审合格的《企业法人营业执照》、《组织机构代码证》及《税务登记证》）；

14． 投标人必须于投标截止期前在中国国际招标网（www.chinabidding.com）上成功注册，并将《供货商注册登记表》打印并加盖公章或法人代表签字后邮寄给网站。否则投标人将不能有效地进入招标程序，由此产生的后果将由投标人自己负责。投标保证金银行费用由投标人承担。
